Mission
WEC International has a three fold vision:
- Proclaim the gospel in word and deed, amongst unreached peoples so they come to know Jesus as Lord
- Gather believers together into communities known as churches, which are culturally relevant expressions, founded in the Word of God and who seek to disciple others
- Enthuse others about missions, recruit, train, partner with churches in sending, and care for our members

Prayer is a priorty for us in WEC International and underpins all we do.
We have four values that we also seek to uphold and do ministry by:
- Faith - we rely on God for all aspects of ministry and provision
- Holiness - through our union with Christ and in the power of the Holy Spirit we seek to live for the glory of Jesus
- Sacrifice - we are willing to deny ourselves in order to fulfill our passion to love Christ
- Fellowship - we work together in teams, seeking unity at all times and in all decisions

WEC Australia
WEC Australia is a branch of WEC International. WEC Australia's mission is two fold:
- Supporting and caring for Australian WEC members who are serving in other countries
- Support and walk with believers and their churches in Australia to actively particpate in God's mission to the unreached
Within WEC Australia the values we try to do ministry by include:
- Worship – our doing comes out of our core of prayer
- Discipleship – we value walking with people
- Relationship – relationship is key in all we do
- Partnership – we work effectively together through interdependent teams
